Materials under NDA
If there's mutual interest, we'll share our offering memorandum for the current opportunity under a non-disclosure agreement. You get the full pro forma, market analysis, operating plan, and risk factors.

Diligence at your pace
Ask questions. Talk to other LPs. Review the operating agreement with your counsel. We do not rush this step, and we respect a "no" as much as a "yes."

Commitment & ongoing reporting
If you commit, you become a limited partner with full visibility into the asset's performance. We send regular updates and never go quiet between distributions.
